How to Apply

Students will need to provide information on their GPA, extracurricular activities, and a brief essay on why they are excited for life after high school. Students are also required to obtain a recommendation from a non-related adult. The scholarship application as well as a recommendation form can be submitted below or via email. The recommendation form can be filled out before or after the student submits the application form. The student should send the non-related adult a link to this website for them to fill out the form below. If emailing instead of utilizing the forms below, please include all relevant information and have the non-related adult email their recommendation separately (using their own email address).
